This policy covers only this website, operated by Elite KO Academy LLC, a Florida limited liability company. It does not cover Gymdesk's own platform, which you use separately when you sign up for membership, book classes, or manage billing — Gymdesk has its own privacy policy on their site.

2. Information We Collect

This Site has one way information can be submitted directly to us: an embedded Gymdesk form for independent coaches interested in training at the facility. Its fields are controlled by Gymdesk, not by this Site, and submissions go directly to Gymdesk. We do not otherwise collect personal information through this Site — there is no account system, no checkout, and no newsletter sign-up.

3. How Gymdesk Processes Information

Gymdesk is a third-party gym-management platform used for membership sign-up, class scheduling, billing, and the coach-inquiry form on this Site. Gymdesk processes that data under its own privacy policy. We do not separately store what Gymdesk collects.

4. Cookies and Tracking

This Site does not use cookies, analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or browser local storage. This section will be updated, and a cookie-consent mechanism added, before any analytics or advertising tracking is introduced.

5. Children's Privacy

This Site does not knowingly collect personal information online, directly from a child under 13. Enrollment in children's programs, including Kids Boxing, is completed by a parent or guardian through Gymdesk's own sign-up process, not through this Site. This is separate from, and does not cover, the use of photographs that may include minors on this Site — see Section 6.

6. Photos and Media

This Site may display photos of identifiable individuals, including minors (with a parent or guardian's consent), for marketing purposes. If you or your child appear in a photo on this Site and would like it reviewed or removed, contact us.

7. How We Use Information Submitted

Information submitted through the coach-inquiry form is used only to follow up about that inquiry. We do not sell information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

8. Your Rights and Choices

To ask what information we have about you or request its correction or deletion, contact us. For information held by Gymdesk directly (e.g., membership records), contact Gymdesk or use your Gymdesk member account.
